What does the cabinet warranty cover?

The warranty is a 12-month limited warranty from Milestone Cabinetry Inc. covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. It is available to the original residential purchaser, and proof of purchase is required.

Who is covered?

The original residential purchaser. The warranty is not transferable to a subsequent owner, and it applies to residential use — commercial installations are outside its scope. Keep your proof of purchase, as it is required for any claim.

What is not covered?

Normal wear, damage from misuse, accident or improper installation, and variation in wood grain or colour are not manufacturing defects. Natural materials vary between samples and finished product, and finishes change slightly with light exposure over time.

How do you make a warranty claim?

Contact us with your proof of purchase, the cabinet or door code, and photographs of the issue. We will review the claim with the manufacturer and confirm the outcome. Starting with us rather than the manufacturer is faster, because we hold your order details.

2. Note the model code and the specific cabinet affected.
3. Photograph the issue clearly, including a wider shot for context.
4. Contact IQ+ Cabinetry with all three.
5. We review the claim with Milestone Cabinetry Inc. and confirm the outcome.

What quality standards do the cabinets meet?

All three 2026 lines are certified to TSCA VI, KCMA, CARB2 and NGBS Green. These cover formaldehyde emissions, cabinet construction and performance testing, and green building criteria respectively — they are independent standards, not internal claims.
