Using this site

• Use the site lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to it.
• Do not submit false information or another person's details without their permission.
• Do not upload anything unlawful, malicious, or that you do not have the right to share.
• Automated scraping or bulk submission of our forms is not permitted.

Estimates, designs and quotes

Designs, renderings and estimates provided through this site are proposals, not offers capable of acceptance, and do not create a binding contract. Work begins only under a separate signed agreement.

Renderings are representations. Finishes, grain, colour and lighting vary between a rendering, a physical sample and the installed product.

Timeframes described on this site, including the 24 to 72 hour design turnaround, describe our normal practice and are not contractual guarantees.

Pricing

This site does not publish prices. Any figure quoted to you is prepared for your specific approved design and is valid only for the period stated on that quote.

Product information

Construction specifications shown for each cabinet line are taken from the manufacturer's current specification books. Manufacturers may change specifications. Where SKU, dimension or availability data is not yet published on this site, it is because we do not yet hold it in a verified form — our team confirms it in writing with your quote.

Warranty

Cabinets carry a 12-month limited warranty from Milestone Cabinetry Inc. for the original residential purchaser. Proof of purchase is required. See our warranty page for the details and exclusions.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, photography, renderings, logos and design — belongs to IQ+ Cabinetry or its licensors. Project photography shows our own completed work. You may not reproduce it commercially without written permission.

Third-party links

We link to external organisations for reference. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Limitation of liability

This site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
