RTA shipping and delivery
RTA cabinets ship flat-packed, which makes them far easier to move through doorways, stairwells and service elevators than assembled cabinetry. Packaging differs by line: Premium and Slim Shaker ship one box per cabinet, while Frameless and universal-box collections ship in two packages.
Flat-packing is a genuine logistical advantage, particularly for condos and upper-floor installs where an assembled tall pantry simply will not make the turn.

How do RTA cabinets ship?
Flat-packed, in cartons. The packaging count depends on the construction grade: Premium Grade and Slim Shaker collections ship one box per cabinet, while universal-box and Frameless collections ship in two packages — a universal box and a front set.
| Grade | Collections | Packaging |
|---|---|---|
| Premium Grade | Essential, Classic | One box per cabinet |
| Universal Box | Double Shaker, Charm, Additional 2026 | Two packages — box and front set |
| Frameless | Matte, Glass, Oak, High Glossy | Two packages — box and front set |
| Slim Shaker | Slim Shaker | One box per cabinet |
Why is flat-packing better for condos and upper floors?
Because a flat carton clears doorways, stair turns and service elevators that an assembled tall cabinet cannot. In downtown St. Petersburg and Clearwater Beach buildings with booked elevator windows and size limits, this often decides whether an install is straightforward or not.
What should you do when a delivery arrives?
Inspect the cartons before signing, note any visible damage on the delivery paperwork, and keep the packaging until every cabinet is assembled and checked. Store cartons flat, indoors and dry — never in a garage or a carport in Florida humidity.

Frequently asked
RTA shipping and delivery — your questions answered
What are your published lead times?
Lead times are confirmed per order rather than published, because they depend on the line, the collection and the order size. Our team confirms them with your quote.
Can cabinets be delivered to a job site?
Delivery arrangements are confirmed per project. Tell us the site conditions and access when you request a quote.
How should cabinets be stored before installation?
Flat, indoors and dry. Avoid garages and carports — Florida humidity is hard on packaging and on unassembled components.
